All times are hands-on time for massage therapy. I allow time for your health interview and assessment both before and after the massage session, and this is included with the price of the session. Please allow about 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time, and have your paperwork ready in advance if possible. See forms and first visit.

These rates are for wellness massage only. This is professional massage such as Swedish relaxation or deep tissue massage, stress reduction, sports conditioning and recovery from performance, pregnancy massage, general soft tissue conditioning, neuromuscular education for muscles that have 'lost their way'. Wellness massage may include promoting recovery from overuse or minor injury. If ever there is doubt about the severity of an injury, the actual diagnosis of an injury or illness, or the appropriateness of massage therapy, a doctor should be consulted.
An additional $40 per hour is charged to provide medical treatment massage.
I define medical treatment massage as a "medically necessary" health care service that is based upon
a doctor's diagnosis and prescription or referral, and/or is
coordinated with other providers for treatment of specific medical
conditions, and involves establishing treatment goals and/or functional
goals related to those conditions, and evaluating and documenting treatment and/or functional
outcomes. Usually, but not always, medical massage is billed to your insurance company. Your co-pay or co-insurance amounts may vary. Please be familiar with your plan, and how much you will personally expect to pay. I can assist you with finding this information.
There is an additional charge of $5 per hour of massage if payment is not made at the time of service.

In consideration of everyone, please give at least 24 hours notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. A fee of $24 will be charged of notice is given in less than 24 hours. The fee for a missed appointment without notice is $24. All clients will be personally responsible for honoring this policy. Thank you for your cooperation.
Clients are responsible for all charges which are not paid by insurance. Please be familiar with your benefits.
My
policy on tipping is that I am a health professional and I don't expect
tips. Thank you for your business and your referrals, and for taking care of your health with regular massage therapy.
